Not all water is created equal

Today Micah had pizza, french fries, and ice cream for lunch at the beach. He thought the sand was great fun but cried when the water got to him. We stood around hypothesizing about this. Here are some theories we brainstormed: The water was too cold. The waves were too big. The current was too strong. He was allowed to splash and get wet. Whatever. He had fun playing in the sand. And I think Micah having fun was the point of the whole thing.

He also got to go on some rides and play games and get a gumball on the boardwalk. He really enjoyed the rides, but took them very seriously. No smiling. We know he enjoyed them because he wanted to do them over and over. 'Gain? 'Gain?

We got Amy some garbage for her hair.
